Nicola Barnard


Nicola was the founding President of the Australian Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), the professional body for image consultants worldwide, in 2003. She is an internationally recognised Certified Image Professional (CIP), in addition to being a member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).

In addition to her AICI and CDAA accreditation she has a Diploma in Image Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate in Neuro-linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy, accreditation in the Extended DISC psychometric profiling and communication skills training tool, and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development & Education.

Nicola is also involved in BPW, the international federation of Business and Professional Women, which promotes awareness of issues faced by women in the workforce and has a special category status at the United Nations. Also, Nicola provides Transition To Work mentoring support for the Fitted For Work charity which provides clothing and interview preparation support for disadvantaged women.
