Image Consultants are specialists in visual appearance, verbal and nonverbal communications. Working with individual clients, image professionals assist in attaining authenticity, self-confidence and credibility. Business clients are taught to express their company’s goals by aligning appearance, behaviour and communications, which includes etiquette and international protocol.
This is in comparison to a Stylist, who is likely to focus on the clients presentation for a single event or focuses solely on clothing, wardrobe development and grooming. Communication skills and strategic professional marketing may not be part o their expertise.
